Shipping policy

All digital token orders are logged and timestamped upon purchase.
Each file is assigned to a unique customer ID and considered delivered once downloaded.
Due to the nature of the product, no refunds are available after delivery.
All disputes will be handled with proof of file delivery and matching order ID.
